We are seeking a First Mortgage Loan Underwriter Manager who has a complete knowledge of the portfolio of first trust loan policies, credit granting criteria, and documentation requirements. Additionally, must be knowledgeable and experienced in underwriting to multiple investor guidelines for conforming and non-conforming loans and qualified to underwrite FHA loans. Must have managed at least 4 people.
