Recruiting Coordinator needed to support full-life cycle Recruiters with interview scheduling, offer letters, travel requests and various other ad  hoc data requests.

Recruiting Coordinator needed to provide backend support to Recruiters
Create offer letters for all internal and external new hires
Register candidates for background checks and follow up as necessary
Schedule multiple interviews with room reservations, catering, ordering av equipment, etc
Coordinate multiple phone interviews
Support the college recruiting team
Enter candidate data in PeopleSoft and update employee records online
Track candidate expenses
Consistent clear communication with all candidates, recruiters and hiring managers of the status of their interviews

Skill level Junior (1-3 yrs)

Skills:              

Highly organized and knows how to prioritize multiple tasks
Takes initiative to get things done and follow up or escalate as needed
Good at problem solving
Strong communication skills
Excellent consistent execution; delivers results on time

***Experience with PeopleSoft and Lotus Notes is preferred but not required
