Challenges and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain consistent testing standards
Conduct and or coordinate testing for custom and vendor software
Responsible for generating test plans, test scripts and documenting test results
Work closely with application developers and business analysts in performing comprehensive software testing, including quality assurance testing of databases, modules and documentation.
Perform and assist Business Analysts with technical and process analysis
Provide technical support to IS and other departments, as required
Create various types of reference documentation such as user, technical, and operations guides
Demonstrate understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and general project methodologies
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills required in interviewing and conveying information between users and technical staff

Skills and Requirements:
Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills in regards to identifying potential points of application failures, thus ensuring accurate test results.
Extensive experience with various software applications, including internally-developed CLIENT systems
Good understanding of Company business and industry
Ability to work with all groups of Company employees and consultants
Knowledge of Rational Requisite Pro is a plus.
