Due to tremendous growth opportunities are available within our client's system to lead Oncology related IS initiatives. As a Senior Analyst within a broad IS Program charged with simultaneously deploy multiple solutions to support an entire service line, responsibilities for this role will include leading a team of IS resources and stakeholders in the implementation, deployment and support of Oncology solutions. This role offers opportunity for significant exposure to stakeholder and IS leadership with continued career growth opportunities at CHS. Experience leading implementations and supporting a variety of clinical ancillary systems is preferred, with strong preference for experience implementing and supporting Medical Oncology and Clinical Research solutions.

Formal training in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is preferred but not required; desktop applications experience is required (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, etc.); strong verbal, written and presentation skills are also required. The preferred candidate will have 5+ of experience managing vendor relationships, ensuring vendor compliance with SLAs. Mentoring and developing team members will be an expectation for this role, as will be the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholder.
Additional Requirements:

Minimum 7 years experience in the health care industry is preferred. Four-year degree required in computer science, business admin, or related clinical field.
