Position will be responsible for oversight and management of the following areas: Equity investment accounting, consolidation and non-controlling interest accounting, ARO & Impairment, and various special projects within the Financial Accounting group, including assistance with asset management projects. Position will be responsible for technical issues research and documentation as well as acquisition accounting and valuation issues. Position will also oversee the preparation of various federal and state regulatory filings. Position will interact with the entire Accounting group as well as with operations, marketing, engineering and executive management.

• · Supervision of accounting staff within group
• · Supervision of investments in consolidated subsidiaries, consolidating/eliminating entries and non-controlling interest
• · Supervision of equity investment accounting and related account reconciliations
• · Oversight and review of quarterly ARO and impairment process
• · Acquisition valuation, accounting and integration assistance
• · Technical issues research and other ad hoc research
• · Supervision over the preparation of various federal and state regulatory filings
• · Completion and supervision of special projects as needed
• · Process improvement evaluation and implementation
• · Various other analysis and reporting for management
• · Support for financial reporting, tax and internal/external auditors

• · Accounting degree
• · CPA strrongly preferred
• · 4 - 7 years of accounting experience, prefer some public accounting experience
• · Supervisory and/or management experience a must
• · Technical accounting issues research experience a must
• · Proficient with MS Office products including advanced Excel skills
• · Oracle v11.5.10 or later experience a plus
