Position: Business Process Expert

Duration:3 Months +

Description:

Business Process Expert with strong working knowledge of project management to manage a large cross-functional project that requires deep understanding of business processes, process mapping techniques and process re-design. The focus of the Learning Management service project is to convert existing requirements into Visio workflows and to detail procedures for use by the learning organization and third party provider.

Deliverables will include conceptual diagramming, such as user experience workflow/dataflow diagrams and work instructions.

Candidate must be able to have an aptitude for explaining complicated procedures in clear language and have experience in putting together project plans to ensure key milestones and project goals are met. He/she should be able to schedule and lead meetings with cross-functional teams for review and approvals of workflows.

The project requires that the candidate reports periodically on the progress of the project. The candidate must have excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work on several tasks/activities simultaneously without direct supervision. He/she should have a strong working knowledge of Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
