GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY

Overview

Aspect is seeking a CRM Project Manager /Business Analyst to participate in a project to define the IT component of an enterprise Digital Engagement and CRM strategy. The position will report to Technical Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Web Services and work with project team members, business stakeholders and CRM vendors.

This is a full time, contract position beginning May 15th through December 31, 2012 with an option to hire. Staff will work onsite in
Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Create initial project documents including proposals, project charters and statements of work
  • Create and manage project documentation including requirements, work plans, resource plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate project tasks, manage resources, manage risks, issues and changes 
  • Draft RFIs and RFPs, manage the RFP process, review and evaluate vendor responses
  • Draft budgetary plans and estimates

Business Analysis

  • Evaluate software systems for best fit
  • Collect business requirements; translate business requirements to functional requirements
  • Work with software architects to translate functional requirements to technical requirements 
  • Coordinate and/or develop test plans and test scripts
  • Manage user acceptance testing
  • Release planning including coordinating releases, user communications, coordination of training, change management

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of project management in a CRM software environment
  • 4+ years of business analysis in a CRM software environment
  • Experience with various suites of CRM software including digital marketing, customer acquisition, e-commerce, web customer
    service and contact center
  • Experience in projects concerning all phases of software acquisition, installation, configuration, support and utilization
  • Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer presence and presentation skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent leadership, analysis, problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
