Units & departments to manage: Accounting, Treasury Operations, Business Planning, Reconciliation & settlement and Treasury Sales (about 30+ staff & officers) ∙ Span of Control (Direct Reports): VP-Head of Finance & Business Planning and the AVP-Treasury Head. Indirect reports consist of around 25 Jr/Sr. Officers and less than 10 staff (Union President & PRO and Union Shop Steward Lead, all under his shop) ∙ With over 20 years of (leadership) experience in the Consumer Business or banking.

• Specializes in the following  areas:

o   Financial analysis & reporting

o   Business planning: budgeting and forecasting

o   Strategic cost management

o   Profitability analysis

o   Controllership

• Preferred age is from 45-50yrs old.
• It would be a preference and an advantage if the person has some experience in working in companies with Union since the CFO sits as part of the Management Panel during CBA negotiations.
