Then join the corporate head office of this leading healthcare HR agency and be the right hand person to the dynamic (and very busy) EA to the CEO. She also acts as the Office Manager which is why she's so busy and needs your help!
You'll be kept busy working across a variety of different departments including HR, marketing and finance as well as general admin support to the executive team. Tasks will include updating candidate information on the database, amending and typing contracts, greeting clients, assisting with corporate expenses, collating information and creating documentation for the executive board, assisting with event management and basically keeping lots of admin under control!
It's a brand new office and basically no expense has been spared. You'll have access to the best systems, receive quality training and with over 70 staff you'll be able to make a few friends (cakes for birthdays, friday drinks, lots of team building functions).
You'll be outgoing, confident, keen to learn and focused on being a high achiever. They offer exceptional service to all of their clients and you'll follow through with that as well because it matters to you to do a great job. Polished presentation skills and excellent writing/communication skills are essential.
