Title: Ophthalmology Nurse Supervisor

Location: Madison, WI / Rockford, IL

Job Requirements:

-          Current RN license

-          Ophthalmology or outpatient surgery experience required

-          Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; additional Bachelor’s Degree preferred

-          3-5 years’ leadership experience

Job Description:

As supervisor, you’ll be responsible for general oversight of the ophthalmology department.  You’ll clearly define expectations and processes to work towards department goals.  You’ll supervise two areas – an ophthalmology department and an eye care branch.
