Job Description
* Candidates must be certified in Willow (Epic 2010 version)
* Reason for need: Employee is leaving
* Resource will perform "business as usual" activities, including:
- Working on open tickets (there are 40-60 open at any given time) - tickets will either be incidents (something is broken) or work orders (requests for changes/updates)
- Updating the system with pricing changes
- Will work on eRx records
- Will work to troubleshoot interface issues
- Will execute test scripts, troubleshoot system issues, manage drug updates and interaction settings
 
* Knowledge of Medispan is a plus
* Project management skills
* Must be able to speak the "pharmacy lingo"
* Epic experience must be recent - Epic 2010
 
* Work schedule: Mon - Thurs
