Job Description
Major International Software/Information Company is seeking a Director of Accounting. The Director will be a member of the accounting management team and will be reporting to the Corporate Controller. Primary responsibility for day-to day accounting operations.
Duties will include direct oversight of:
- All financial close processes
- Revenue recognition and accounting for operating expenses and non-operating income and expenses
- internal controls over financial reporting to support Company's Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
CPA preferred as well as 10+ years experience in accounting & finance field in private sector.
