Job Description
Major software company seeks a Director of SEC reporting to join its executive staff. The Director will work closely with senior leaders in both the Finance and Accounting Departments to ensure all external reporting (as governed by the SEC) is done both timely and accurately. Responsibility for overseeing all technical accounting and corporate policy matters including:
- Preparing SEC filings on form 10-K as well as related XBRL reporting for these filings.
- Creating and maintaining documentation to support Company's interpretation of accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain corporate accounting policies.
CPA required along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant technical accounting experience.
