Through its social, mobile, and global technology, they help HR and business leaders elevate employee engagement, increase employee retention, manage company culture and discover the power of real-time performance management.
My client is expanding and looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive in Texas covering primarily that state of TX. This position requires consultative sales experience dealing with large enterprise accounts. Employee Recognition programs, software and services experience is a plus. This person must have experience selling into executive level HR.
- Experience with ERP, HCM, HRIS, CRM or BI software or other consultative solutions are acceptable.
- The system offers online rewards, customized programs for sales incentives and customer loyalty in multiple languages.
- 200 million in revenue
- All Global 2000 accounts (Symantec, Quintiles, Amgen, Dow, Avnet, KPMG, P&G, DHL, Fairmont Hotels)
- They want to grow the company 170% in the next 2 years.
Base: 100k to 125k
OTE: 225k to 275k or better (Top reps are making over 350k)
