Sydney's newest and rapidly growing HR Consultancy firm is looking for a switched on team coordinator where no two days will be the same! This role will be challenging and full of variety, with priorities consistently changing. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from clients and candidates (and also actioning where possible), meeting and greeting, scheduling appointments, database management, preparing candidates reports/CV's, coordinating advertising and marketing, maintaining office supplies and much more!
As this company is brand new, you will be involved in website design, company branding and other fun and creative tasks. It's ok if these tasks are new to you, as long as you're keen to learn. This is your chance to get your foot in the door and to grow with a company where your opinions are valued.
Based in the CBD, you will be central to all the goings on the city has to offer. You will work with two amazing managers who will help you grow and develop and there is also the opportunity to become more involved in the recruitment process.
To take on this role, you must be someone who thrives on taking initiative, has talent in multi-tasking, can think ahead and also bring order to a chaotic and fast paced environment. You must be a quick thinker, great communicator and have an awesome sense of humour. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills, together with a high attention to detail and ability to work well in a team will ensure your success in this role.
