Job responsibilities include:

• Internal consulting with managers with advising/mediating employee situations
• Confidential and effective coaching of employees, insightful performance improvement and commitment to professional development
• Developing informative and engaging training curriculums
• Providing/leading project-based support in many HR related areas including policy and process development, on-boarding, training, benefits, intern programs, health & safety, and social & volunteer events
• Skilled recruitment and retention of top talent by creating programs that attract and retain the best branding professionals in the industry
• Staying current on HR regulations and trends

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications or equivalent
• Successful track record as a HR generalist with 8 or more years of relevant experience
