Executive Search and Recruiting Team!
We are looking for successful recruiters with a thorough understanding and success with the full-cycle recruitment process including:
- Writing Boolean Strings
- Consultative selling models
- Negotiating to partner candidates and corporate clients
- An understanding and uses talent acquisition best practices
- Executive recruiting and talent pool development via telecommunication
- Direct-competitive recruiting strategy and tactic
- Working with and developing core relationship/valuable business partnership with hiring managers
- Service relationship and service delivery to clients
- Diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives
- Screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting for talent

Sales experience a must!

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
- A Bachelor's degree. Experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in business to business or outside sales
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written material
- Proven negotiation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers
- Strong business acumen, professionalism and personal integrity
- Relentless drive for success and a tolerance for rejection
- Proactively developing new business through a high volume of outbound phone calls and presentations
- Balancing both sales and recruiting aspects of business
- Recruiting top talent through networking and sourcing in the marketplace
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Promoting JobFinders staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of office professionals
