Our firm is working to fill a CMTS Integration Engineer position for a premier provider of end-to-end communication network service solutions.  Our customer is looking for a highly self-motivated, experienced CATV/IP Engineer to handle nationwide integration projects.  The company has been in business for over 50 years, is on pace to do $150M in revenue this year and is growing substantially.

Since you have the same or similar experience, I’m contacting you to see if you know anyone I can network with to find qualified candidates.  Any help would be SINCERELY appreciated.  This is a nationwide search and the candidate can live anywhere in the US.  The ideal candidate will:

-  Have experience working at an MSO and/or ISP and have experience with both the cable system and networking sides. 

-  Have experience with CISCO uBR platforms (for example, 10K and 7225, 7246). 

-  Be able to travel to project sites. 

Cisco certifications are desirable but not required (i.e., CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCIE (R&S, Security, Service Provider). 

Total Compensation for the position includes a generous base plus bonus up to $90K per year for an experienced candidate.  The company also pays additional bonuses of up to $10,000 per year (depends on the cert) for Cisco certifications completed after hire.
