Related programming experience to include competency in the development environment as well as knowledge and application of the Systems Development Lifecycle, including but not limited to: Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code, perform enhancements and/or development work support testing team through code fixes

• 2 – 3 years experience Application Development and Debugging
• Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required (BA or BFA)
• Start Date – ASAP – through 9/30/12 with high likely-hood of extension
• Local to DC/VA area

US Citizenship required and must be able to pass a Public trust Clearance
