Job Description

Summary:

Plan, direct, coordinate and facilitate activities such as Business Process Modeling sessions and Business Architecture sessions. The technical skills include using computer technology (ARIS) to meet the needs of the organization.


Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
o 10+ years experience required

Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment and will likely do so without supervision

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
o Facilitate Business Process Modeling sessions to identify processes within the organization
o Facilitate Business Architecture Modeling sessions to identify processes within the organization and the IT systems that support it
o Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
o Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
o Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
o Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
o Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
