Job Description

10-15 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Payroll module.

This includes planning, analysis, design, configuration, CRP2  validation sessions, SIT and go-live

• 7+ full-lifecycle Oracle E-business Payroll implementation

• Must have strong Payroll configuration/setup experience on Oracle 11.5.10 and R12x

• Strong understanding of Payroll processes, pay elements, fast formulas, compliance, and reporting.  Experience with functional design of custom PL/SQL fast formulas is required. 

• Must have strong functional design expertise for Payroll RICEW objects, e.g., MD50, CV40

• Must have good communication skills Understanding of other Oracle HCM modules including core HR, Compensation and Benefits would be a plus, but not required
