Our client based in the Boston, MA area is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their Client Services team. A successful candidate must have excellent customer interfacing skills, a strong grasp of web technologies, experience with cross-functional leadership in a SaaS-based solutions environment, and the drive to grow professionally at a rapid pace. Candidate must not be afraid to take on new roles and responsibilities as the company continues to expand its customer base and product portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive onboarding process of new sites by coordinating customer resources, launching sites that meet customer timing and functionality expectations
• Collaborate with sales engineering, product team, and professional services to develop Statements of Work and Functional Specifications for purposes of onboarding new customers or upgrading existing customers
• Build and maintain relationships with project leaders within assigned accounts
• Build and maintain knowledge of existing product offerings and roadmap plans

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, client services, or account management
• Knowledge and experience in online media, web hosting, and familiarity with underlying web technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, and XSL
• Experience working with customers in a pre- or post-sales capacity
• Excellent customer communication skills (written and verbal), with emphasis on quick response time and concise explanation
• Excellent interpersonal business skills, ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to various to members within Company
• Ability to work in a high growth early stage environment, and ability to manage through ambiguity and rapidly evolving market conditions
• PMP Certification a plus
