Berean Group is looking for Voice Solutions Programmer.

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 3-6 month contract-to-hire

Company is a leading provider of unified communications and contact center solutions. As a Voice Solutions Programmer, you will have hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies and will be responsible for programming applications to meet the various needs of our clients. You will be involved in the full-life-cycle of contact center projects, while interacting closely with  technical leads and clients to meet specific needs throughout the process. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop voice applications following a logical call routing model
• Design and develop telephone self-service applications
• Design and develop multi-threaded event driven services and desktop applications
• Design and develop applications that integrate with a wide array of enterprise data services through ODBC/JDBC, web services, and various other forms of inter-process communication
• Work with various reporting engines that rely heavily on SQL queries and stored procedures
• Must be a team player, willing to learn new technologies
• Ability to travel.

Experience and Skills

• Prior programming and design experience is required. Web Services, HTTP/XML
• Database via SQL, JDBC/ADO.NET (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Informix)
• Web 2.0, AJAX, XML, JAVA, J2EE, JSP, C#, ASP.NET

Desired skills and Experience, but not required

• VXML , SSML, GRXML
• Experience with Cisco CVP platform & CVP Studio
• Visio, Excel

Education

• Requires a BA or BS Degree, preferably a technical degree
• Cisco certifications are a big plus.
