Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full service national staffing firm has been retained to conduct a search for a UI Designer for our client, a prestigious media firm in San Francisco, CA.

Overview
The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated by the creative and logistic processes of web design, and seek innovative solutions. There will also be opportunity to work with user flows to market new products as well as creation of specific editorial content. An ability to work fast and provide flexibility will be key for success in this position. In return, the selected candidate will be engaged in a great, strongly-rooted creative environment with the potential of direct hire in 3-6 weeks (based on performance and fit demonstrated in the contract period).

Qualifications
- Intimate knowledge of and passion for UX
- Proven knowledge and awareness of U/I best practices
- Skill and artistry in UI and layout tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Fireworks
- Proven ability to wireframe and prototype successfully
- Minimum 3 years? strong professional experience in online product design and graphic design for web
