Responsibilities:

-Oversees operations for physician office and small surgery center
-Manages all clinical staff in two physician offices and surgery center
-Participates in primary care of patients
-Assists with surgeries and procedures
-Makes rounds continually throughout the day to verify that patients needs are being met
-Develops staffing schedules
-Supervises and coordinates the work of medical and office-staff members
-Coordinates center-wide QA activities
-Serves as Safety Officer
-Monitors the centers physical environment and maintains safety, comfort, cleanliness and orderliness
-Monthly operational activities including reports
-Responsible for the Infection Control Program
-Organizes orientation and staff development programs
-Prepares all inservice training
-Assists in the financial management of the center
-Assists in formulation of budget
-Hires, trains, evaluates, disciplines and terminates staff as needed
-Coordinates all medical staff credentialing
-Organizes all surgery paperwork for all locations
-Orders equipment, supplies, and medications
-Attends weekly billing and management meetings
-Covers front desk duties and responsibilities for breaks, sick calls, and vacation days of front office personnel

Requirements:

-Valid license as an RN in California
-Current ACLS certification
-At least 3 years experience in an O.R.
-Management or supervisor experience
-Happy and friendly personality
