This project provides technical support of client’s external Social Media Program
Support the tools that enable client’s external Social Media program.
Activities may include testing new releases, troubleshooting issues, issue resolution, documentation, communication with internal and external business partners and business process analysts
Skills:
Proficient in social media platforms (e.g.Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Wordpress, Google+, and/or relevant blogging ecosystems) Intermediate (1-3 years)
Strong Communications Skills (Written/Verbal) Senior (3-5 years)
Familiarity with Business Analysis Practices Intermediate (1-3 years)
Ability to manage multiple priorities Intermediate (1-3 years)
Working knowledge of tools that support social media programs Intermediate (1-3 years)
Working knowledge of concepts and trends in social media and online communities Intermediate (1-3 years)
Working knowledge of and experience with online measurement platforms (including but not limited to Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Spredfast, Buddy Media) Intermediate (1-3 years)
Experience with workforce collaboration Tools (e.g. Jive, Sharepoint) Intermediate (1-3 years)
