Project Description: 

Our client is currently has a need for consultants to join their Engineering group as a Data Migration Specialist. This person is going to work with the PACS team to migrate data from their client’s legacy PACS to their new PACS. This will require the consultants to have strong backgrounds in database to database Data Migrations related to PACS.

Consultant’s Day to day responsibilities:

• Data migration
• DICOM messaging from one PACS to another
• Creating PD Edits
• Configuring volumes
• Working with flat files
• Tools development and middleware
• Design, Develop & Deploy custom HL7 interfaces
• Design, Develop & Deploy custom DMWL
• Design, Develop & Deploy custom Reports
• Design, Develop & Deploy custom Application Integrations
• Design & Develop custom tools enabling Data Imports & Exports

Required Skills:

• Previous experience as a Data Migration Specialist moving data from one PACS to another using DICOM
• Experience with the following:
  • PD Edits
  • C# and Java (some VB legacy)
  • Tools Development
  • HL7
