Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of the PSPC terminals business and developing and offering the most competitive terminal offering to the market. Responsible for developing a portfolio, managing the R&D budget, managing gross margin and product revenue, and developing all marketing and product support material for sales. Develop and implement a successful integrated Terminal Strategy which demonstrably shows how the Company will progressively increase market share and protect gross margins in the LMR terminal business. Develop product pricing frameworks models that maximize value to the Company by driving the optimum return on investment for the customer and optimizing margins for the Company. Partner with Supply Management, develop supplier relationships for next generation products that allow for development and manufacturing in low cost companies. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Sales and Operations to meet the terminals business goals.

Qualifications:

MSEE, MBA preferred. 5 years experience in product line management for complex wireless communications products. 5 years experience in managing a product management organization.
