Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity is required.
****MetLife Actuarial is currently executing a project to migrate local datacenter to enterprise location. Candidate will:
• Gather and organize existing Actuarial IT and actuarial production process and control documentation
• Update and remediate systems and procedures documentation for identified gaps
• Document test cases and test case results
• Assist and support actuarial migration team members with project status reports, requirements and design documentation; issues tracking and project related operations and logistics
