– Financial and Operational Analysis is responsible for leading the analytical function within the financial and operational groups.  The Director will work very closely with the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in preparing and presenting analysis in support of the business operations.  The successful candidate should have strong business intuition along with the requisite analytical tool set.  

• MBA
• International Business Experience – 10 Year Minimum
• Experience in Traveling to Multi Cultural Markets
• Solid Practical Experience and Understanding of long and complex supply chain, logistics and associated planning activities
• Proficiency in competitive intelligence gathering and analysis
• Chemical Industry or Commodity Industry Background a Plus
• Transportation Background a Plus
• Language Skills a Plus
• Willingness to Travel
