Program Management and Delivery responsibilities include:

• Project Manage Operational onboarding of China Ops team with Redmond responsibility this include driving standardization, documentation , training, and communication with stakeholders at China & Redmond.
• This project manager will also oversee upcoming China related projects
• This project  manager will also help facilitate managing scope, schedule, issues/risks, trade-offs, communications and expectations.
• Manage project plan and schedule commitments, ensure plan is integrated and aligned to overall organizational and business strategy.
• Work with business partners to define and prioritize requirements and scope.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with development, test, operations and vendors.
• Demonstrate that customer satisfaction is top priority by ensuring project approaches are aligned with and delivered to meet customer satisfaction objectives.
• Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives.
• Follow and enforce web security practices.
• Ensure project output consistently meets standards and policies for security and privacy.
• Provide status reporting for the programs to all stakeholders.

Qualifications include:

• Project Management experience: 5 to 8 years
• PMP certification: Required
• SharePoint product knowledge: Familiarity required. Admin experience preferred.
• Education: BS required. MS preferred
