Position : General Manager,Vacancy : 1 no.
For a large concrete manufacturing company having ready-mix and block manufacturing facilities in Bahrain.
- Control & Run overall activities of the entire organization in an efficient manner
- Prepare the annual budget and business plan in line with the Boards directive
- Plan and direct organization’s activities to achieve stated targets.
- Review financial statements, sales activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievements, and to determine areas need cost reduction and improvements.
- Implementation of marketing strategies
- Liaise with customers or their representatives related to the company business activities.
- Lead Sales Manager and sales team in order to attain business targets.
- Monitor and control the customer’s credit limit in order to protect the company from high credit risk.
- Respond to the customer complaints effectively.
- Control production and delivery activities of the organization.
- Monitor the purchases to control the Quality and Cost.
- Optimally utilize the internal resources including manpower, equipment and time. .
- Prepare optimum staffing levels and manpower plans and contribute in the recruitment process.
- Ensuring employees performing critical activities have necessary experience, training and or qualification to undertake his/her duties
- Implement & Review all quality management system documents, reports, etc.
- Graduate or a Post Graduate with 10-15 years post qualification experience, and a minimum of 3- 5 as General Manger in a company / group having multi divisions and multi locations
- Strong Background in a concrete manufacturing company. Experience & technical knowledge of ready-mix and block manufacturing processes.
- Excellent Leadership & interpersonal skills
- Should possess good knowledge in budgeting and innovative ideas in marketing company products.
- Ability to maintain good communication with customers and employees.
- Proven approach to problem solving
- Should possess good monitoring / assessing performance of the employees working in the organization.
- Ability to handle multitasking situations in the organization.
Salary: BD 2500 + Housing + Transport
