We are seeking Web Developer for a Temp to Hire Position in Fort Worth, TX. 

The Web Developer is responsible for the development and improvement of web based applications along with the supporting framework including but not limited to the applications, databases and web services. This opening is for a position on a small team with an innovation focus operating in an Agile environment. This position will be primarily web development using HTML, CSS and ASP.net. Client and server side coding will be done using HTML, Javascript, C# and ASP.net. As this position evolves it will include a wide range of languages and technologies that will provide breadth of experience.

Skills :

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of related experience. Demonstrated skills with Web development using HTML, CSS, ASP. Demonstrated skills with Javascript, JSON, JQuery. Working knowledge of Visual Studio. Working Knowledge of ASP.Net, C# and VB. Working Knowledge of IIS. Demonstrated skills with SQL, Queries, Stored Procs, Triggers. Demonstrated skills to create highly effective and attractive user interfaces. Demonstrated skills to work quickly and meet defined project schedules. Demonstrated skills to work effective in a team environment. Working knowledge of a software development process. Working knowledge of software design methodologies and tools. Bachelor degree in a related discipline. 5+ years of related experience. Strong technical proficiency in Object Oriented design and programming using languages like C#, C++ or Java. Knowledge of Software Version Management using TFS or equivalent tools. Knowledge of MS SQL Server. Ability to transform complex application logic into an intuitive user experience. Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task multiple assignments when required. Understanding of Windows Web server environments like IIS, ASP.Net, Application Pools. Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality. Effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and non-technical internal teams.

Responsibilities :

Construct software per requirements and design while maintaining adherence to source/build control procedures; Follow coding standards and the software development lifecycle defined by the organization ; Document program code according to specifications; Conduct software code inspections and reviews; Perform software configuration management per specifications. Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions, and translate information gathered in those sessions into business process and system design documents and models. Work with customers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Services and Support departments to understand business requirements. Provide expertise on the system'''s capabilities and limitations as it relates to business processes. Lead and participate in design collaboration with Programmers, Quality Assurance and Documentation throughout software development lifecycle to ensure enhancements work as designed. Responsible for conducting unit tests, tracking problems, and implementing changes to ensure adherence to test plans and functional requirements; Diagnosing, isolating, and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics and utilizing software based system maintenance and tracking tools
