Technical Sales Coordinator (closed)
Responsibilities:
•Update and maintain a number of demonstration systems deployed both at client sites and as sales kits.
•Participate in three major trade shows this year. Responsible for technical setup and support during the shows, as well as provide technical expertise during customer meetings at the shows.
•Field and answer technical questions being asked by current and potential clients. These questions are not necessarily support questions and many require research.
•Launch and support a sales workforce tracking program for the sales group.
•Handle requests for web demos.
•Maintain the current web site and participate in the creation of a new-look web site.
•Provide additional internal/external training of systems.
•Provide additional internal Q/A resources, specifically ones that can replicate test plans that are customer-specific (meaning an understanding from the sales side of how the customer is actually going to use the systems).
•Work in a team oriented work environment.
•Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•Competent and proficient in Windows 2008 Server, HyperV, VMWare, IIS and SQL administration.
