Experienced Staffing Branch Manager needed for LA office of Creative Staffing firm!
The Managing Director leads the sales and recruitment efforts to grow Creative Staffing business in the Travel, Hospitality, Entertaiment, Media division. The Managing Director has overall P&L and staff management responsibility for the division. Lead and grow a team of Account Directors and Recruiters. The successful Managing Director has a deep understanding for the business objectives of client companies, as well as the needs of our marketing and creative consultants.
*Set individual account strategies with the Strategic Account Directors
*P & L management
*Manage client contracts
*Build and leverage global relationships
*Provide strong Leadership by setting examples
*Senior level participation and management of industry events
*Identify and communicate sales methodology
*Build and maintain C-level relationships within key accounts
*Hiring and managing exceptional Strategic Account Directors and Agents

*Client acquisition and expansion
*Develop Prime and subcontracting opportunities
*Development of new service offering
*Set business strategy for the industry sector
*Hire exceptional staff

*You must have Staffing Industry experience to be considered. A strong track record of Sales success and knowlege of the Recruiting process.
