The Inside Sales Engineer role is primarily responsible for developing technical solutions to meet our customer's hosting requirements and kicking off the order deployment with the operations team. The job has the opportunity to expand into a broader set of sales responsibilities including managing the commercial aspects of our customer relationships and prospect development. This is a full time exempt position working in the Company's Ann Arbor office.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to meet prospects' needs from a broad mix of service and hosting options
• Coordinate with the sales team to present and demonstrate how solutions meet the prospect's business and technical requirements
• Coordinate with Senior Sales Engineers to address customer's technical sales requirements
• Manage the sales order hand off to operations to assure a successful deployment to assure the customers' expectations have been met
• The opportunity to expand sales responsibilities including prospecting, qualifying sales leads, issuing price quotes and closing sales orders with new prospects
• Track sales metrics and results against goals
• Other duties as required to assist the Company's team in achieving its sales objectives

• At least three years technical experience in deployment of servers, networking, and hosting and two-year technical degree
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• A strong desire to learn new sales skills and work with people
• Self motivator with strong work ethic with a "can-do" positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, contact databases, phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team
