They create social media activities for top celebrities and artists, carving out their online persona and promoting their work through different social media channels - and now they need someone to come and help out with the YouTube side of things.

This person will be responsible for the upload and optimisation of videos for the agency's clients, making sure that they are tagged properly, SEO optimised and that the metadata is correctly formulated so that the videos show up at the top of search results. You'd then be monetizing the pages, making sure that the adverts that show alongside are targeted properly and that the traffic being driven is appropriate and engaged.

You need to have a really in depth understanding of YouTube - the optimisation process and how to effectively monetize the videos, an outgoing personality, and a passion for social media in general, understanding how external factors influence online engagement and how to use that to best effect.
