Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a recruiter for our office in Frankfurt who can start ASAP.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking self starters and can demonstrate drive, determination and creativity.
90% of Allegis employees come on as Recruiters. The below outlines day to day responsibilities:
Supporting and working alongside more senior recruitment consultants, as a Recruiter you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates for the client company.
You do this by:
- Heavily researching the marketplace for potential companies that may house a suitable candidate.
- Identifying who best to target within these companies and deciding on the optimum tailored approach – i.e headhunt
- Organising interviews for candidates.
The role of a Recruiter is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role.
Within the role you will also:
- Receive job specs and liaise with the Recruitment Manager to ensure you possess a good understanding of the business need.
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate responses
- Actively resource suitable candidates
Desired skills and experience
Ideally (but not essential) you will be of degree calibre or equivalent, someone who is self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative. For this vacancy it is also important you are naturally persuasive, resilient, have excellent customer service skills, can work in a team and have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with managers, directors and candidates at all levels.
The successful candidate will receive the best training in the industry. You will be joining a company that promotes candidates purely based on your results, a meritocracy, even our Directors and senior members of staff started off as a trainee or researcher.
