Job Description

The Brand Owner unit in TGI is tasked with delivering sales revenue related to the brand owner client base (including major names in FMCG, Financial Services, Tech, Telecoms etc.). Principle activities are
- Existing database business
- Account management
- Training / Support
- Sales: database subscriptions
- Sales: consultancy
- Consultancy delivery

The database business accounts for a significant share of unit revenue which makes the retention of existing clients (currently c 30) vital.

As a very dynamic unit experiencing rapid growth, the team is seeking to recruit ambitious and talented people with the drive and determination to succeed in a friendly and rewarding environment.

This position requires a mix of skills and tasks including:
•Account management
•Training on data use and software
Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for these tasks and an aptitude to learn and develop quickly. They should be a confident self starter, highly organised and commercially astute. As the role develops there may further be opportunities to be involved in two other team tasks:
•Consulting on projects
•Business development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage complex client relationships. The job holder will report to the Associate Director and will need to be a consummate team player, with the drive to succeed and grow within the team.

Key Objectives
•To assist in the management of the existing subscriber client base in order to maximise retention of revenue.
•Manage the client care plan programme
•Train clients on use of data (on Choices software)
•Manage the release of data to clients
•Keeping client records up to date
•Ensure contractual obligations to clients (notifications etc.) are met
•Generate new revenue by adding value and service to clients.
•Develop opportunities to lead to new business

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Degree-level education. Preferably 2:1. Appreciation of marketing and business environment and data interpretation for commercial purposes.
