• The incumbent will be responsible for converting and migrating documents into the ECCO application.
• The incumbent will need to have strong technical writing, written and verbal skills, knowledge of HTML and bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Thorough understanding of HTML/XML code including troubleshooting and quality review with ability to work comfortably in code view to access/identify and resolve issues.
• Technical understanding of EPSS configuration options and concepts.
