Temp to perm opportunity with a large law firm for a Corporate Paralegal with experience in the leveraged finance area.

Qualified candidates will have:

• knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code matters and secured transactions
• ability to run and summarize lien and IP searches, and draft UCC financing statements
• experience drafting notes and disclosure schedules, resolutions and closing certificates
• general corporate experience
• experience with hedge funds
• derivatives experience is a plus, but is not required
• good communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work independently
