My client is seeking candidates with a background of strong, successful and documented sales performances. Candidates must be self driven and motivated to work a designated territory to sell a full line of state of the art spine products. Candidates possess a work ethic with a desire to be in the "OR". Work with surgeons and clinicians to build, establish and maintain business relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Establish, Grow and maintain client partnerships with surgeons and clinicians.
· Meet or exceed territory sales objectives (product and target accounts)
· Meet or exceed territory market share objectives
· Provide training and support of new product launches
Backgrounds/Work Experience:
· Previous Medical Sales in Spine
· 2-5 years successful sales experience (prefer medical device sales)
· Demonstrated and documented sales success
· Ability to travel when needed (quarterly meetings, etc)
Offering:
· Year 1 Base + Commissions uncapped
· Unlimited earnings
· Full Expense & Benefit Package
