Our local Philadelphia client is seeking a Network Administrator to add to their current IT staff.

The candidate should possess understanding of the following Server technologies:

Windows Server 2000-2008R2, MS Exchange Server 2003-2010, VMWare ESXi, MS SQL Server 2005-2008, MS SharePoint and MS Lync Server.

Additionally, proficiency with Linux, Avaya and Cisco (IOS) switches, routers and firewalls. 

Skills needed to be a successful candidate include:

Ability to install, configure and maintain all backups, upgrades for disaster recovery.

Ability to maintain Network/Telephony users, their environment, security and directories. S trong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies required. 

Ability to monitor Network traffic and loads making recommendations for resources and hardware requirements.  Development of procedures for Hardware and Software testing and implementation on Network.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; including mathematical abilities (algebra, trig and statistics).  Degree would be nice, but not required, equivalent 3 years work experience required.  Certifications in MCSE, MCSA, Network + and Security + desired.
