Technology Recruiter - Charlotte, NC

MATRIX, a 29 year old privately-held IT services firms, has an immediate opportunity available for a highly motivated Technology Recruiter to join our Charlotte Team.  

We are looking for a 3 year + IT Recruiter to join an elite team of National Accounts recruiters with emphasis on supporting large national financial institutions and other local and national clients.

Must have a proven track record sourcing and placing IT candidates in both contract and permanent positions.  We are looking for someone who is confident over the phone and can establish strong relationships with candidates through phone calls, meetings and on-site visits.  Must also have previous interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidate's credentials match job requirements; experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help source qualified candidates. 

This position requires strong negotiating and communication skills, a person who is highly motivated and a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong desire to be the best.  At MATRIX, you'll use the latest technologies and recruiting tools in a results-driven and uniquely collaborative culture. 

Required Skills: 
3 + years IT Recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting nationally as well as in the local Charlotte market.
Experience/comfort level supporting VMS clients.

Preferred Skills:
Experience sourcing candidates in financial services
Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS.
