Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform Day to Day Support & month end support for Oracle e-Business Suite
- To handle Change Request
- To do weekly reporting
- To perform documentation adhere to the JSOX & SOP
Requirements:
Must have:
Hand-ons Implementation/Support Experience on (including the core skills in the following areas:
- Oracle eBiz Suite for Financial (R11i AR,AP,FA,CM,GL, iExpense),
- Distribution (R11i Quoting, Inventory, Order Management) ,
- Mfg (R11i WIP,BOM,MRP/ASCP),
- CRM (R11i Contract, TeleServices, Depot Repair) and
- Cost Management
Minimum 5 years and above of working experience in Oracle eBiz Suite implementation and daily support
Have good analysis skills
Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution
Able to multi task and work independently
Responsive and good team player
Organized and meticulous
Preferred Requirement:
- Technical skills on PLSQL, Developer 2000, Forms (This is a good to have but please do not send people with just technical or a lot of technical skill set)
- Have implementation & support Oracle experience Globally
- Good communication skill (in terms of English writing and conversation)
