Job Description
Responsibilities:
- FX dealing (spot and hedging) with bankers for various foreign currencies exposures.
- Source for investment products for surplus cash across regions.
- Ensure accurate daily cash flow updating and reporting.
- Liaise with bankers for the most competitive rates and bank charges.
- Netting settlement across Asia Pacific and Japan regions.
- Arrange inter-company loans and the documentation.
- Arrange documentation for new accounts opening.
- Data collection of Cash Flow estimation from group companies and reporting to Japan HQ.
- Ad hoc projects related to Finance/Treasury.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Finance with about 3 years of experience in Treasury operations / Finance
- Able to communicate and work with people from various cultural backgrounds.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of written and spoken Mandarin would be added advantage.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications-Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
- A proactive and cooperative team player.
