Sr. Software Engineer (contract)

We created our platform from the ground-up on open source technologies using service oriented architecture. We utilize Perl, Java, Ruby, Oracle, Asterisk and Linux in an agile development environment.

Our company is looking for motivated, creative, and passionate Senior Software Engineers to help develop robust and scalable systems on highly Agile teams.  If you love to code, are passionate about frequently delivering value to the customer, want to help create new ground breaking products, and are not afraid to take risks, we would love to hear from you.

As a Software Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative Agile development methodology, with teammates that share the same passion and curiosity about software architecture, design, process, and coding practices.  You will spend your day working on challenging problems while learning new things, working side-by-side with some of the best talent in the Seattle area!

Required Skills:

• 7+ yrs experience in software development with open source programming languages; Perl, Java, or Ruby preferred
• Experience with MVC or MVP architecture
• Knowledge of Agile/XP, TDD, BDD is a plus

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience using relational databases; Oracle is a plus
• Experience with source control systems; Git is a plus
