Public Relations and Social Media Specialist needed for a privately-held leading provider of enterprise integrated search technologies based in the NY/Tri-State Area. My client is searching for a PR and Social Media expert to manage all press strategies and maintain a stellar online presence.  The PR and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creative planning and the daily execution of all publicity online and offline including social media voices, online presence, internet marketing, press releases, content development, lead generation and maintaining website traffic, visibility and usage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Programs to increase brand visibility via marketing campaigns, events, product launches
• Creation of blogs, bi-line articles and press releases
• Management of analyst relations
• Editorial Calendar creation and management
• Develop and implement Social Media Strategies
• Measurement of all activities to improve ROI

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5+ years PR/ Communications experience
• Strong editorial skills
• Portfolio of writing samples
• Proven success in meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an enterprise software start-up environment focused on information/knowledge management, collaboration, enterprise search or application integration is preferred.
• B.A. required; Masters in PR or Journalism is a plus

Location: NY/ Tri-State Area

Compensation: $70-80K DOE  + Benefits
