BILINGUAL - Personnel Planning & Travel Logistics Coordinator
Trans Capital Air is currently recruiting for a BILINGUAL - Personnel Planning and Travel Logistics Coordinator
The Coordinator, Personnel Planning & Travel Logistics must provide information, details, coordinate, maintain support and monitor Trans Capital Air's travel and logistics regarding all corporate personnel.
Candidate must be able to:

Source and Process all travel bookings with a combination of cash and points, issue tickets and itineraries.

Provide support for the arrivals/departures for all employees.

Source and Maintain a pricing database and liaison with service providers such as hotels, airlines etc.

Be the first point of contact for all travel for the company, ensuring professionalism at all times.

Receiving calls and replying to emails regarding scheduling, bookings and general inquiries.

Keep up to date on travel products (package holidays / airline seat sales / cruise line / hotel / car product. offerings as well as complete documentation for each call/booking.

Ensure compliance with all travel legislation and negotiate competitive supplier rates.

Plan corporate and guest events and any other travel arrangements necessary for the organization.
Experience and Qualifications

College Diploma in Tourism or University Degree.

TICO certification, and or SABRE is a plus.

Must be Bilingual (English and French) or Multi-lingual.

3 to 5 years of Travel Coordination, Logistics and experience working with high volume, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have experience with CRS (Apollo/Sabre) and excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Must be a Team player with the proven ability to Multi-Task with exceptional Planning & Analytical skills. Must have excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.

Must have Initiative and excellent Problem Solving skills.

Strong Time Management & Organizational skills.

Must be Flexible and able to work shifts including Saturdays.

Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Corporate Travel Experience and Lead/Supervisory roles would be considered an asset.

Must have knowledge of working with Visa's and Renewing Passports both Canadian and internationally.

Aviation Industry background preferred.

Must have a Drivers Licence (G) and valid Canadian passport.
