This developer position requires a Bachelors degree and three years of computer programming experience.  Ideal candidates will have experience in Java, SQL, XML, Spring, JUnit Testing, Service Oriented Architecture – Web Service, and Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

Knowledge of the following is a plus: 

• Portal development experience of some kind (preferably Weblogic 10 or 9) including JSR168 Portlets
• Experience with J2EE, XSLT, EJB3 and JPA (ORM)
• JBoss
• Automated Build Software (Preferably Jenkins)
• Java Page flows or extensive Struts development
• EJB 2 entity beans

For all positions, experience working as part of an Agile scrum team is strongly encouraged.  As an agile team member, this person will participate in projects from the planning phase through development, testing, deployment and support.  The agile teams work closely with the business to analyze requirements, plan the work, and implement solutions.  Small sprint cadences are leveraged to ensure team members are adding the highest possible business value.  Peer programming, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives are held to ensure transparency and participation.
